2. Shipping Costs

2.2 Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $500 (or equivalent in local currency). Free shipping applies to standard shipping methods only. Express and overnight shipping charges still apply.

We ship internationally to most countries. International shipping costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.
Custom products, installations, and special orders may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any delays and provide an updated delivery estimate.
4. Delivery Times and Tracking

Delivery times are estimates and begin after order processing is complete. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
5.2 Address Changes
Address changes may be possible if your order has not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible, and additional fees may apply.
6. Delivery and Receipt

Most carriers require a signature upon delivery for high-value items. If you are not available to receive the package, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
6.2 Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage to the packaging, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.
6.3 Failed Delivery
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful, the carrier will typically make additional attempts or hold the package for pickup. Packages that are not claimed may be returned to us, and return shipping fees may apply.
7. International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
7.2 Restricted Items
Some products may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that products can be legally imported into your country. We are not responsible for items seized by customs.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. If the package cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or refund.
8.2 Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Keep all packaging materials until the claim is resolved
We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

Custom products, installations, and large commercial orders may have special shipping arrangements. We will coordinate directly with you to arrange appropriate shipping and delivery methods. Additional charges may apply for specialized handling or installation services.
