1. Return Policy Overview

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Custom neon signs and made-to-order items
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Items damaged by misuse, accidents, or normal wear
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Rental equipment (subject to rental terms)

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1 Return Request

To initiate a return, please:

  1. Contact us within the return window via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided

3.2 Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization. Do not ship items back without receiving return authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. Return authorization is typically provided within 2-3 business days.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.). In cases of our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

4.2 Shipping Method

We recommend using a trackable shipping method with insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please retain your shipping receipt until the return is processed.

5. Refund Processing

5.1 Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5.2 Refund Amount

Refunds will include the original purchase price, excluding:

  • Original shipping costs (unless return is due to our error)
  • Return shipping costs
  • Any restocking fees (if applicable)

5.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal or greater value. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Follow the return process outlined above
  2. Specify the item you wish to exchange for
  3. If the exchange item costs more, you will be charged the difference
  4. If the exchange item costs less, you will receive a refund for the difference

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

7.1 Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7.2 Warranty Claims

Items covered under warranty may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the product warranty terms. Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

9. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to certain items, particularly large or specialized products. If a restocking fee applies, it will be clearly stated in your return authorization. Restocking fees typically range from 10-20% of the item price and will be deducted from your refund.

10. Cancellations

10.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned following our return policy. Custom orders may not be cancellable once production has begun.

10.2 Cancellation Refunds

Cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 5-10 business days. If payment has been processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Special Circumstances

11.1 Custom Products

Custom products, including custom neon signs and made-to-order items, are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or do not match the agreed specifications. Please review all custom order details carefully before approval.

11.2 Installation Services

If you are unsatisfied with installation services, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues. Refunds for installation services are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
